At present they are seeking a talented Solar Project Manager to join the team in Berlin and help drive the success of their solar initiatives.

Position Overview: The Solar Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar energy projects from start to finish. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for renewable energy. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of solar PV installations, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to determine project viability.
• Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, renewable energy, project management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in project management within the solar energy industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale solar projects.
• Strong understanding of solar PV technology, design principles, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
